I had a great experience working with joy in the leasing office. From setting up the appointment, to going over the prices differences. She was great and making me aware of the different options they offer to better suit what I am was looking for and what would fit my budget. She was very thorough in explaining everything and continues to be great help even after the process of moving in.
The staff at Eaves are great! Especially Joy Finez. She was so informative when we were first looking at apartments and has gone above and beyond to make sure we feel at home. I love the little activities they have for special days, like the Easter egg hunt. I’m so glad we decided to move here.

A big thank you to one of the maintenance team members David Barrera. He exceeded my expectations today with the repairs he made in my home. He was very kind, efficient, informative and patient while making his repairs whilst my little ones were running around. Note to management team at eaves, you have a great team of workers taking care of all your residents. So far everyone of the maintenance members who has helped with our repairs have been incredible so from my family to you all I am much appreciative. Thank you .
I've had a great experience here. The complaints of rampant theft are true - get a garage for your vehicle, and NEVER leave it open. Also a lot of the time you will encounter homeless people ravaging their way through the dumpsters, and it's not exactly charming. Also the parking policy is very strict. If you do not register visitors and have them park in the correct area, they WILL be towed. Having said all that, this is one of the best places I've ever resided. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, and maintenance issues are resolved within a day. They have food trucks every week, which is an awesome perk, plus being atop a big hill overseeing such a large area affords a gorgeous view. Rent is reasonable, the complex is quiet, there are five freeways within a few minutes of this location, and a great hiking trail right across the street. 4.5 out of 5.
Giving a 2 star just because of the maintenance team. They were all nice people and did a great job all the time. Apartment has several issues - insects, thefts, parking issues & more. Don't believe anything they tell about the lease terms. We had asked them several times about the lease breaking charges before we signed the contract. Lease office convinced us saying its case to case basis or there will be minimal charges if we stay more than 10 to 12 months. It wasn't the case and we had to stay there for the entire lease term of 14 months. Billing team didn't give any concession on the rent for our last week of stay even after requesting that we need to pay rent at two places.
Wonderful experience with the whole team we had the pleasure of working with Joy and I wouldn’t change it for the world. My kids love visiting her in the front office and always ask for dog treats and water lol.
When I was signing the lease for my apartment, I had a lot of questions. Christine Finez at the Learning Center/Leasing office did a fantastic job walking me through the logistics and answering all my questions. She was friendly and very welcoming which I appreciate. Highly recommend getting started there with her if you’re looking for a place to live.
